Many organizations have been working with HubSpot for some time. You may be one of them. There is a good chance that your customer data is stored outside Europe, in an American data center. If that is the case, then it is interesting for you to switch / take a look at HubSpot migration.

What does such a process actually look like? Which steps do we go through and what can you expect as a customer?
Because no HubSpot account is the same, we will first review your account. We need to find out the following things:

After we have agreed on the proposal, we will schedule the work.
We start with the agreements that need to be made with HubSpot. We arrange a new account at a European Data Center. We also ensure that you do not have double license costs and that you can still access the data in the old environment for a certain period after the migration. Always a nice feeling.
After the administrative matters have been arranged with HubSpot, we really get to work. We start with the manually created items. That often takes up most of the time.
Subsequently, all objects (contacts, companies, deals and tickets) are taken over via a module purchased by us. The engagements are also taken over. Think of sent emails, notes, meetings, etc.
The execution time for these activities is on average 2 weeks.
All data is now in two places, namely the old and new environment. It is up to you to see if we have taken over everything correctly.
If everything has been taken over properly, we will discuss a date on which we will actually go live on the new environment. We will then ensure that all your people can simply log in to HubSpot and automatically end up with the new account.
We also update all contacts, companies, deals and tickets once. it is possible that deals or tickets have changed stages. After all this has been done, work will be done in the new environment and all your data will be stored on a European server.
Of course we will also be there for you after going live. If there are any questions / adjustments required, they will be addressed by us. This aftercare is also included in the agreed price. So no surprises here.
